Product Information

Our custom clickers can include up to 8 letters maximum.

Yes, we can source custom colours available in the market. However, minimum order quantities may apply. Please contact us for custom requests.

No, toys are sold separately.

We use high-quality, locally sourced PLA (polylactic acid) filament from our friends at Filament Hub while ensuring durable and safe products.

We use Bambu Lab P2S printers to ensure high-quality and consistent results.

Our products are designed to last for years with normal use. However, like any small mechanical item, consistent heavy use may reduce their lifespan.

Yes, we can provide MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for the filaments we use upon request. These documents include information on material composition, safety and handling guidelines, first aid measures, and storage recommendations.

Please note that the MSDS applies only to the raw filament material in its supplied form. Once the filament has been processed or 3D printed into finished parts or products, the MSDS no longer applies. Any changes in form, printing conditions, additives, or end-use applications may alter the material characteristics and are outside the scope of the original document.

We are based in Oran Park, NSW, Australia.

Yes, we offer nationwide shipping across Australia.

Orders & Processing

All orders are made to order. Please allow:

  • 2–3 business days for standard items
  • 3–4 business days for personalised items

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Changes are not guaranteed, but if you need to update your shipping address or request an item change, please contact us within 48 hours via our Contact Us page. We will do our best to accommodate if your order has not yet entered production.

Product Support

Some parts may separate during shipping or use. Unless the stem is broken or won’t stay in place, the product is designed to be reassembled. Please follow our assembly guide or instructions provided.

Yes. If your item is faulty or damaged within 30 days of purchase, please contact us for support.
