Refund & Return Policy – Kids Project
At Kids Project, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to make sure you’re protected when shopping with us.
Your Consumer Rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to:
- A refund or replacement for a major problem
- A repair or replacement if the item is not of acceptable quality
Change of Mind
We offer change of mind returns under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned for change of mind
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue
We will assess and provide a suitable solution in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:
- Refund
- Replacement
- Repair
If the item is confirmed faulty, we will cover return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or custom products (unless faulty)
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
