We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Custom or personalised items may take 2–3 business days to produce before dispatch
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Typical standard shipping within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: $11.00
- Express Shipping $15.00
Rates may vary depending on delivery method and location.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Kids Project is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered
If you experience an issue, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the damage
We will assess and resolve the issue in line with our Refund & Return Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
